One of the main parts of the project was based around creating a questionnaire for people to answer, giving me information about their general lifestyle, food consumption and portion sizes, as well as activities they take part in, such as exercise or ways they feel good. When people had answered this then I would know what challenges people take part in, and what challenges they need to take up. I aslo had to create it so that it was able to be used on a wide variety of people, and used on more than 20 people. I started off in publisher, creating the basic frame for my questionnaire, including text which I wrote myself using Olympic Font, and added several bits of colour including lines down the sides the colour of the olympics, and the 2012 logo on the back. I then went about coming up with suitable questions for my target audience of school children. One problem which I found after I created this document is that I did not include enough questions, so I found it difficult to determine results from the questionnaire. If i had more time to do this again I think I would spend alot more time on the Questionnaire.

To store the data collected  from my questionnaire I needed to create a spreadsheet to hold all the data. I started off by individually having single pages for each person with their seperate answers, but after a while I realised that this was not going to work, and that correlating all this data and collecting to make use of it would have either taken too much time or have been too complicated for me to achieve. This bought me to the conclusion that I needed to store it all on a single page, which I created, and put the questions along the top, and the names along the sides, and filled in the results. For my data I had to take some of the data and make presumptions from it, as the data which I collected was not in the best form I could have hoped for (examples of this include deciding which food people liked the most/the least). If I were to have more time on my project I would certainly like to be able to remake the questionnaire, and the spreadsheet, as these are the bits of the project I am least proud of. Even so, they did what was expected and collected and contained my information.

This is exactly the same as the Spreadsheet above, except it shows the formulas I used to make assumptions for the later parts of my project. If more time was given I would like to tidy this document up.
